Cinema fans are set for a treat as the big screen is coming to a little village near Alton.
“Screen by the Green” returns to Beech this Friday (September 6) with Wicked Little Letters being shown in the village hall.
The community cinema initiative has been a huge success with a programme of films lined up for the coming months.
This week’s offering is a riotous British comedy starring Olivia Colman and Jessie Buckley that centres on the scandalous mystery of a foul-mouthed letter writer in 1920s Littlehampton.
People who aren’t keen on profanities should know the film has a few rude words but it’s also a delightful and hilarious flick.
It’s also the perfect choice for an evening that promises to blend hilarious entertainment with community spirit.
Doors open at 6.45pm for a 7.30pm start with free parking and a bar available, visit www.beechvillage.org.uk to book tickets.
