HOLYBOURNE Theatre players have hit back over East Hampshire District Council's decision to shut the door on a scheme that would have given them a venue in a new community centre.

They are determined that this should not be the end of the road for their dream of a purpose-built theatre in the town centre, dedicated to the development of young performers.
