A brand new Costa Coffee is set to open in an Alton retail park as an official opening date has been confirmed. 

The Mill Lane Retail Park opened earlier this year and is set to contain four units with three occupied by Lidl, Home Bargains and Costa. The Lidl opened its doors on February 22 and has proved a big hit with customers, while the Home Bargains is expected to open later this year. It can now be confirmed that Costa Coffee is set to hold a grand opening event on the afternoon of March 13. The coffee shop will be the second Costa branch in Alton alongside the existing high street outlet. 

The franchise will be run by Scoffs Group, which has a portfolio of over 110 Costa stores, and say that the new store will “offer a new vibrant space for the community”
