East Hampshire's motorists will have 10 road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And three of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

A3, from 9pm June 7 to 6am September 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for electrical work.

And a further nine closures will begin over the next two weeks:

A3, from 8pm August 19 to 6am August 20, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Griggs Green to Longmoor, slip road and lane closures for scheme works.

A3, from 8pm August 19 to 6am August 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound and southbound, Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for tunnel maintenance, diversion via Highways England network.

M3, from 9pm August 19 to 6am August 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M3 Both directions, junction 5 to 4a, carriageway closure for Welcome Break Services.

A3, from 8pm August 20 to 6am August 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Liphook to Hazel Grove, Lane closures for barrier repairs.

A3, from 9.30pm August 21 to 6am August 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Horndean, slip road and lane closures for drainage work.

A3, from 9.30pm August 21 to 6am August 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3M southbound, junction 2, slip road and hard shoulder closure for maintenance work.

A27, from 9.30pm August 27 to 6am August 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A27 both directions Harts Farm Way, link road and lane closures for maintenance work.

A3, from 9.30pm August 28 to 6am August 30, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Horndean to Weston, slip road and lane closures for drainage work.

A3, from 8pm September 2 to 6am September 4, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Liphook, Lane closures for inspection work.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
