The theme for Miss Quatro 2023 was Quatro Vision and every gymnastics club was assigned a country that individual gymnast numbers had to be designed around. Flex were assigned the Netherlands. Not content with ribbons for apparatus, Winter, Chloe and Holly received rosettes for their individual number design and their creative flair around bicycles, clogs and windmills.
Flex Gymnastics Club is based in the gymnasium at The Petersfield School. Coaches Amanda Fry, Shellie Walker and Holly Banks trained the girls for the competition.
