Farnham Town moved to within four points of the Combined Counties Premier Division South title with a 3-0 victory against Redhill at The Memorial Ground.
Goals from Harry Cooksley and Owen Dean (2) gave Town the three points in front of a crowd of 236 at The Memorial Ground.
Farnham probed for an early opener, but had to wait until the 37th minute to break the deadlock.
Cooksley received the ball on the half-turn 30 yards out and drove forward before unleashing a powerful shot into the bottom left-hand corner from 20 yards.
Cooksley was then fouled in the Redhill penalty area on 43 minutes as the home side won a spot-kick. Owen Dean confidently stroked his effort into the bottom right-hand corner to double Farnham’s advantage.
Dean scored his second of the night in the 65th minute when he calmly rolled the ball into the bottom left-hand corner from Dean Rule’s cutback.
Redhill were reduced to ten men two minutes later when Ben Dyson was sent off for a strong challenge on Tom Smith.
Town nearly scored a fourth on 75 minutes when Adam Liddle’s free kick rattled the crossbar, and Max Meaton smashed a shot against the post in stoppage time.
Pat Nash was barely troubled throughout the night as Farnham kept a seventh successive clean sheet.
Farnham could seal the league title with a win at third-placed Jersey Bulls on Saturday, if second-placed Knaphill drop points against Balham.
