Thirty-nine Farnham Runners finished the Chawton House cross country.

Farnham Runners ladies’ team came fourth and the men’s team came eighth, leading to an overall position of fifth.

First back for Farnham was Joe Collins in sixth place. Chris Carey (17th), Colin Addison (82nd) and Ivan Chunnett (90th) completed the men’s team score.

Charles Ashby, Richard Steadman, Harvey Wickham, Mike Carter, Richard Denby, Ronan O’Carroll, James Fabian, Craig Tate-Grimes, Chris Gill and Joe Napier also finished the race.

Emma Pearson was first back for the ladies in 11th place, with Gabriela Hitchcock (19th), Linda Tyler (41st) and Candy Waller (45th) completing the team score.

Sue Taylor, Lindsay Bamford, Gemma Whitehouse, Sarah Franklin, Jane Georghiou, Tori Shaw, Lizzie Collins, Sally Lawrence, Colette Grist, Kate Townsend, Sandra Hickey, Clair Bailey, Jess Lira, Lizzie Morgan, Laylan Pointon-Berkowitz, Alison Lamb, Penny Schnabel, Natalie Groome, Shirley Perrett, Jackie Wilkinson and Sue MacKenzie also finished the race.

Twenty-one Farnham Runners finished the Stubbington Green 10km race.

Joe Collins was first back for Farnham in a time of 35.15.

Colin Addison, Ivan Chunnett and Chris Allen completed the men’s team that placed ninth in the top division of the A league.

Gabriella Hitchcock led the ladies home in a time of 42.46.

Linda Tyler, Candy Waller and Bridget Naylor completed the A team.

Gemma Whitehouse led the B team, followed by Vicky Goodluck, Colette Grist and Lizzie Collins.

The C team was made up of Tori Shaw, Sarah Franklin, Jane Georghiou and Penny Schnabel.

The ladies’ A team placed sixth, the B team eighth and C team fifth in their divisions.

Tina Longman, Sally Kerr, Sue MacKenzie, Jackie Wilkinson and Tracy Holmes also finished the race.

Colette Grist, Kate Townsend and Ivan Chunnett completed the 27.6-mile South Downs Trail Ultra while Linda and Jonathan Tyler ran the Arundel Winter Trail 15-miler.
