A POPULAR section of Petersfield Library will be closed until the weekend for refurbishment work.

The Children’s Library will reopen on Saturday as work to improve the space began on Tuesday.

A reduced children’s library will operate from the first floor in the meantime while the usual activities like Rhymetime and Baby Place will be postponed for a week.

Alternative children’s libraries can be found in the Bordon and Waterlooville branches in the meantime.
