Odiham and North Warnborough celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on June 5 as 1,300 people attended The Big Lunch.

Seated at 220 tables running the length of Odiham High Street, partygoers enjoyed music, entertainers and a Chinook flypast from RAF Odiham.

Odiham Parish Council chair Cllr Dr Angela McFarlane said: “It was a joy and a privilege to welcome so many guests to the Odiham Parish Council Platinum Jubilee street party, the largest so far for Odiham.

“The effort everyone made to decorate their tables and produce delicious picnics was a sight to behold.

“I particularly enjoyed all the corgis – as balloons, soft toys and at least one real live dog!”
