A proposal for 62 houses in Medstead will be considered by East Hampshire District Council’s planning committee on March 20.

Bargate Homes Ltd is seeking outline planning permission for its bid to build on land between Beechlands Road and Stoney Lane.

The planning committee meeting will take place in the council offices at The Hangers, Monterey House, Bedford Road, Petersfield at 6pm.
