A Lion and Lamb Yard business celebrated its first anniversary in the Farnham shopping quarter as customers and staff enjoyed Black Friday.

The White Company marked the milestone with a special celebration, offering treats such as bubbles, chocolates, and a 20 per cent in-store discount for shoppers.

A spokesperson for the Farnham store said: “It's hard to believe that a year has already passed since we opened our doors here.

“We love being part of the Farnham community and we have a wonderful loyal customer base here at The White Company in Lion and Lamb Yard.

“It's so important to support and preserve our high street for future generations to come and we look forward to celebrating many more birthdays here in Farnham.”

One customer said: ”I was very excited when it was first open and was even more excited when I saw the 20 per cent off today. The staff are amazing and very friendly.”
