Alba and Aaron, aged nine and six, have hit an ambitious target – scoring 1,000 archery points in one week to raise money for BBC Children in Need.
New to archery, the siblings from Binsted Primary School practised daily, shooting arrows in their garden over half-term and have raised an impressive £365 so far.
Mum Kerry said: “They spent much of half-term in the garden shooting arrows and counting up archery points. They have now completed their challenge, having gained more than 1,000 points each.”
Inspired by their belief that "every child deserves the chance to have a good life," the pair are no strangers to charity. When Alba was just seven, she completed a sponsored swim of 200 lengths, even though she had never swum a length before! She also completed a triathlon the distance of the English Channel with three other friends last year.
