Needy and homeless people in Alton have been invited to a free Christmas Day lunch by an Indian restaurant.

The season of goodwill is certainly alive at Curry Palace as they’ve invited the town’s less fortunate residents to join them for a festive feast.

“This Christmas, no one will be hungry in Alton,” said staff, adding: “Curry Palace is inviting all needy and homeless for a Christmas lunch on us”.

Lunch will be served at the High Street eatery from midday to 2pm, to book a table either walk in or call 01420 82233.
