ACORNS Pre-School, which is based at Selborne Primary School, has opened its doors to children aged two to four years.

The pre-school is developing a coherent Early Years unit, where children work across the Early Years Foundation Stage from two to five years developing their skills and confidence in a supportive school based environment.

The children work in small groups with experienced staff, including a Reception teacher and Early Years assistant.

Acorns not only benefits from the experienced school staff, but also from the rich environment of the school. The children benefit from being able to have school dinners and access the field, garden, woodland walk, garden and playground as well as music, art and PE.
